Our Staff ~
The multidisciplinary team of specialists at Wesley Rehabilitation Center use a comprehensive, goal-oriented approach to care.
- Trained to meet the complex needs of their patients, the skilled therapists and nursing staff work one to one with each patient.
- Specially trained therapists, rehabilitation nurses, and other specialists help each patient to adapt and adjust to living as independently as possible.
- The physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, registered dieticians and other specialists work together with the patient and their family to develop an individualized plan of care.
- The staff at Wesley Rehabilitation Center includes a geriatric physician specialist as well as a board certified geriatric physical therapist specialist.
Financial Information
Services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, workers' compensation, no-fault and most private health insurance plans. A formal application and Patient Review Instrument (PRI) must be completed and pre-approved.
