Recovery after hospitalization most often requires inpatient care. At Wesley Rehabilitation Center, patients recieve short term rehabilitation services in a comfortable, home-like setting. Whether recovering from a stroke, surgery, hip fracture, joint replacement, or recent illness, Wesley's highly trained staff and individual care will help to achieve maximum independence and quality of life. Pre-application for scheduled orthopedic and medical surgeries are accepted. The Center features 16 tastefully decorated private rooms, two semi-private rooms and offers a warm, residential atmosphere. A daily recreation schedule, and a liberal visiting policy also help to promote life enrichment and meaningful living. After successfully completing their recovery, virtually all patients are discharged to the community or to a lower level of care. Specializing in the care of adult men and women of all ages, the staff at Wesley work closely with the patient, their family and any necessary outside agencies to prepare for a successful return home.
