Services included in the daily rate are:
- 24-hour per day professional nursing services, including assistance with your personal care needs
- Dental examinations and denture fabrication
- Emergency call system in each room
- All meals including snacks
- Therapeutic or modified diets

- Resident and family councils
- Activity and entertainment programs
- Arts and crafts with kiln ceramics

- Scheduled van transportation for independent residents to banking, shopping, cultural events, medical appointments

- All utilities, except telephone/cable TV
- Safe campus setting with free parking
- Mail service and banking
- Priority for admission to the Beechwood Nursing Home, Wesley Rehabilitation Center and Blocher Homes
- Lounges and recreational areas
- Enclosed climate controlled Atrium and multiple lounge and recreation areas
The following are also available on-site, however, additional charges may be billed directly to you or a third party insurance company such as Medicare, Blue Cross, etc.:
- In-house physician care
- Prescription and over-the-counter medications as ordered by your physician
- Podiatry services
- Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy services including physical, occupational, and speech therapies, as well as audiology services
- Guest meals
- Beauty/Barber shop
- Arrangements for private parties
